Spa Sensation (Back, Neck, Shoulder Scrub & Massage) €55.00. Great treatment for men. Stress and congestion reducing scrub, followed by a soothing back, neck and shoulder massage.

Back Cleansing - 45 Mins €40.00. A facial for your back! This decongestant treatment helps improve skin texture and tone. The back is cleansed and exfoliated before a purifying herb mask is applied. The final touch is a detoxifying back massage using a special blend of oils.

Aromatherapy - 1 Hour €55.00. Therapeutic massage using essential oils chosen according to the individuals specific needs to promote relaxation, relieve stress and tension.

Touch Therapy Facial 30 mins €30. Using customised scented oils to suit your mood, this treatment works on your face and head. This massage and pressure point therapy is an oasis of relaxation, while also relieving tension, sinus problems, headaches and much more.

Hopi Ear Candling €45.00. A pleasant and non-invasive treatment of the ears, a natural ear cleansing technique used to remove excess wax, infections, clear sinuses whilst soothing and relaxing the body.

Reiki with Mind Body & Soul- 1 Hour €55.00. Reiki is the channeling of life force energy, it has the capacity to heal every aspect of the body, on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level. Adrienne (from Mind, Body and Soul) is a qualified Reiki Master. For 1 hour you will receive healing Reiki energy which will work on clearing, balancing and activating all 7 of your chakras and energy field.
